Esta carta circuló recién acabada la Guerra del Pacífico y las relaciones Bolivia-Chile seguían aún tensas y el remitente pensó en añadir también un sello de Chile a la carta para no tener problemas durante el paso de la carta por territorio chileno. Pieza excepcional y muy rara, único caso que conocemos de franqueo combinado Bolivia-Chile. Cert. PF'69.
