Cover endorsed "Via Panama" addressed to "Admiral Cochrane, Commander in Chief, Pacific Station" ( located in Valparaiso) franked by (1d.) carmine and 4d. grey cancelled by Trinidad cds in black. Cover then docketed (at Panama ?) and noted as for "Ship Repulse". Reverse with St. Thomas transit cds (Sept 2) and manuscript '4' (pence) of split rate. A very rare and appealing cover. Hand written in front of the Post Office "FROM ALBANIA" indication of origen. At his time the City of Parga was part of the ottoman Empire along with Albania. A rare cover.

Cover showing fine strike of the OFFICIO DELLA POSTA GENERALE/CORFU Coat-of-Arms cachet from the British Administration on Corfu, sent to CANADA via London and the Falmouth Packet service to Halifax. Front shows bold ´3/6´ British debit in manuscript, HALIFAX/SE 18/1826 arrival datestamp, plus Canadian accounting in red ink resulting in ´6N4´ total postage due. An extremely rare and remarkable cover.

Una carta del periodo Colonial (1815) con indicación manuscrita "E.S.M." (en sus manos), dos cartas del periodo de la Federación de Estados Centroamericanos (1821-1839) y el resto de cartas del periodo Independiente de Honduras, nueve de ellas con marca y las otras con indicaciones manuscritas del correo urgente tales como "Cordillera Urgente", "Cordillera", "Cordillera Violenta" etc... Rare and most unusual entire.

Muy interesante combinación de franqueo.
