Registered cover from BELIZE to NEW ORLEANS endorsed "per Stillwater",  franked by provisional "6" on 10 c. on 4 d. mauve in a horizontal pair, variety on right stamp SURCHARGE INVERTED (just 6 examples of this stamp can exist). The pair tied in black and also by three line New Orleans' arrival (Feb 28) in red with Belize despatch adjacent. A great rarity of British Honduras philately (cat £ 6'500 off cover).
