Stampless envelope to Bordeaux cancelled by ST PIERRE MARTINIQUE double ring, endorsed "Voi Anglaise" with BRITISH POST OFFICE MARTINIQUE on reverse erased by FRENCH POST OFFICE cancel, French entry cachet in blue and taxed "8" on arrival also erased as mail was sent direct by French paquebot and not via England. Unusual item of mail from the French West Indies.
