✉ GUADALUPE. 1850 (July 27). Entire letter from Petit Bourg to France with fine strike of 'PETIT BOURG' cds in black and unique strike of framed 'P.P.' in black alongside. 'Basse-Terre' cds at right and thence via London (Aug 19) with red 'Colonies &c. Art 13' and Delle arrival cds on reverse. A remarkable and rare entire.

Red framed P.D. at right over-struck by Calais entry marking. Reverse with BASSE-TERRE/GUADELOUPE cds and Bordeaux arrival (July 15). A rare cover.

Rare GUADELOUPE/ST. FRANCOIS cds at right and reverse with POINTE A PITRE transit (23/5) cds. An unsual mixed issue combination usage. Certificate CALVES (2010).

Reverse with fine strike of octagonal Col. Fr. / Paq. Fr. C. No. 1 datestamp (Salles 1528) in black (June 5) and Rouen arrival cds (June 24). File fold away from adhesives but scarce. Ceres 53.

Entire letter from PONDICHERY to MARSEILLE franked by General Issues 1872-77 Ceres 5c. green on greenish and 30c. brown tied by nead INDE-PONDICHERY cds in black. Red Brindisi Ambulant on front (Oct. 9). Slight tear in address panel but an attractive and scarce usage.

Entire letter to MARSEILLE franked by General Issues Ceres 1872-77 large figures 15c. bistre and 25c. blue tied by neat INDE-PONDICHERY cds with repreated strike at left in black. Circular Brindisi Mondane TPO (Dec 31) also on front of a fresh and fine entire.

Rara etiqueta de reexpedición 9º DE MARINE INCONNU y firma "Le Tresorier" porque la carta venía tasada y el Ejército se negó a pagar el porte por no pertenecer el soldado a este regimiento. MUY INTERESANTE.

Addressed to a Recruiting Corporal but nevertheless taxed on arrival with Postage Due 30c. rose tied by BELLEY cds (April 22).

Dardanelli cds on reverse with Naples & Genoa datestamps. A scarce and fine three colour franking. Scott 25-27.
