✉ BRASIL. 1862 (Nov. 25). RÍO DE JANEIRO to LONDON. Enverlope (opened for display) franked on the back with a 300 reis stamp, carried by the packet "Navarre" and sent in closed mail back to Paris. A VERY RARE franking, only three 300 reis stamps single rate are known. Col. Ex-Santos.

✉ BRASIL. 1862 (March 13). ENNOS (Cephalonia, Ionian Islands) to PESCIA and redirected to RÍO DE JANEIRO. Entire letter sent via GALLIPOLI (Italy) lineal mark in green and Genova. The letter was shipped in the French packet "Guienne" to Río de Janeiro, charged 560 reis on arrival. A most unique origen from the Ionian Islands to Brazil.

✉ BRASIL. 1864 (June 3). NOVA FRIBURGO to FRANCE. Envelope (opened for display), franked on back with a strip of five stamps of 60 reis tied by N. FRIBURGO mark, carried by RMPC ship "Douro". The 300 reis franking overpays in 20 reis the correct rate of 280 reis. Espectacular and very rare franking. Col. Ex-Santos.
