GRAN BRETAÑA. Ed. . 1856 (Feb 25th). Cover from Crewkerne to Constantinople, TURKEY endorsed ´ViaMarseilles´bearing single Embossed 1847-54 1s green tied by numeral obliterator and by Calais transit. Correctly rated for ¼ ounce but found to be over-weight and struck with ´Insufficiently-Stamped´ and charged ´26´ (decimes) due on delivery. Unusual and appealing cover. SG 55.
