Reverse bears fine red DEBOURSES/CHAMBRE DEPUTES. Despite minor faults, a very rare desinfection Armée Port Payée letter with ´Bureaux Spéciaux´ Déboursé marking.

CAMBODGE double ring with military cachet PLACE DE PNOM-PENH CAMBODGE/LE COMMANDANT in violet and signed by the commanding officer, routed via Saigon with FRENCH arrival. A rare military cachet from the occupation.
