Mourning cover to London, readdressed to Portsmouth, franked by France 1853 40c. orange (2), posted on board the Channel Steamer and cancelled on arrival with the FOLKESTONE duplex with faint 'Folkestone-M.B.' at left in red. Readdressed from London (where adhesives were cancelled again) to H.M.S. Warrior at Portsmouth. (It is interesting to note that H.M.S. Warrior, built in 1860, is still on display at Portsmouth dockyard).
