RUSIA. 1906/18. Imperforate 1r. orange & brown and imperforate 1906 5r. blue& green in a marginal block of four, all cancelled by rare YAOMYN-ST.KIT.VOST.ZHE.D. datestamps in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 640). Extremely rare, especially so on the unlisted 5 rouble value.

RUSIA. 1908/20. CHINESE EASTERN RAILWAY. Arms 7k. blue, 2k. green and imperforate 5r. pale blue & green, used examples with IMYANGPO datestamps in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 626). A fine selection of rare cancellations.

RUSIA. 1910 (Nov. 10). Arms 25k. black & green, used example with superb strike of TSITSIKAR datestamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 581) in black. Exceptional and of great scarcity.

RUSIA. CHINESE EASTERN RAILWAY. Imperial Arms perf. 3k. red (2) and single 7k. blue, each cancelled by large part CHALANGTUNG datestamps (Tchilinghirian fig. 577) in black. RARE GROUP.

RUSIA. 1920 (March 28). Russia 3r. 50k. purple & green, used example with central ST. DJALAINOR (serial a) datestamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 569) in black. Extremely rare and very fine.

Entire letter from St.Petersburg sent by hand (possibly to the Company´s Office in London) and thence again outside the Mails to Boston where forwarded with blue oval ´Robt B Storer-Boston´ Forwarding Agent´s cachet. 3c adhesive applied and tied at Boston to New York. Rare usage and a fine cover.

✉ RUSIA. 1888 (Aug 25). Cover to Berlin franked by 1880 20 pf. blue tied by SARATOV (Russia) cds. Repeated strike below and arrival on reverse of an unusual cover. Slight toning around perfs. of stamp, nevertheless rare. Scott 40.

✉ RUSIA. Ed. . 1896 (June 14). Russia 2 K. green newspaper stationery wrapper used to FRANCE and up-rated with 10 K. blue Arms tied by ST PETERSBURG cds´s. On arrival at Grand Hotel in Paris, the wrapper was re-directed to FRANZENBAD, Austria with Type Sage 1886 25 c. black on lilac tied PARIS cds. Unusual combination. Scott 100.

✉ RUSIA. 1900. Wonderful illustrated Red Cross (seal on reverse) envelope used to SPA (Belgium); franked by Arms 10k. deep blue tied by "9" numeral handstamp in violet. Reverse with Spa arrival. Very fine and rare.

✉ RUSIA. 1902 (18 Sept.). WENDEN. SHTOKMANSGOF to DORRAT franked by Wenden 2 k. and two Russia 7 k. for postage and registration outside the district. Backstamped YURJEV.
