° ARGENTINA. Sc. 16. 1867-72. 15 ctvos. azul SIN DENTAR y sin filigrana, tres márgenes completos y el izquierdo corto en la parte superior. Ligero adelgazamiento. Impresión nítida y buen aspecto. Ex. ALEMANY.

✉ ARGENTINA. 1863 (May 14). Stampless cover from BUENOS AIRES to ENGLAND struck with fine octagonal French Paquebot CONF. ARGENTINE-SAINTONGE in black, struck with scarce framed Anglo-French FR./2F 20c accountancy marking in London (June 19) and manuscript "8" (pence) to pay on arrival in Moreton in the Marsh. Edge wear but a rare usage.

Registered cover from VIENNA to PASSAU (Bavaria) franked on obverse with 1850-54 Machine paper 6kr. brown (Type III) and 9kr. blue (2, Type IIIa), all with four margins, tied by RECOMMANDIRT-WIEN cds's in black. Passau half-round arrival on reverse alongside six red wax seals. Minor ageing but a very rare cover. Certificate FERCHENBAUER.

Mi. 31, 32, 34. 1864. 3kr. pale green pair, single 5kr. rose and 15kr. brown all used on cover to ANCONA, tied by two line dated RAGUSA / 24 DEC datestamps in black and by unframed 'P.D.'.Reverse with Triest transit cds and Ancona arrival. An attractive three colour franking. Signed A. Diena.

✉ AUSTRIA. Sc. 27, 28. (1872 CA.). Printed Matter rate cover front to MADRID (Spain) franked by 1867-74 2kr. yellow and 3kr. green tied by fine straight line POSTAMBULANCE No. 8 in black; magenta "P.D." alongside. Extremely rare and attractive piece, probably unique known to Spain.

Registered cover from KRAKAU (Poland) addressed "via Lvov, Brody" to RUSSIA franked by single 1867-74 25kr. deep lilac tied by KRAKAU-RAKÓM datestamp in black with superb strike of oval RECOMANDIRT-KRAKAU STADT in blue at right. Three red wax seals on reverse and arrival cds's on back and front of an exceptionally attractive cover. Signed Ferchenbauer.

Disinfected against cholera with slits on face panel. Greek oval Maritime cachet on front and charged 1`0 lepta due in manuscript. Syra arrival datestamp (Feb 26) on reverse of a fine and SCARCE entire.

Taxed on arrival with Italy Postage Due 1870 10c. and 60c. tied by GENOVA cds's (Dec 16) with corresponding "7" handstamp alongside.
