Cruz de Tenerife (marca al dorso) y depositada al correo español previo franqueo de 4 reales (pareja del 2 reales Ed. 42) mat. parrilla y fechador de Sta. Cruz de Tenerife. El correo español utilizó como era habitual en este período el correo británico para enviar la carta a Buenos Aires previo pago de "1/-" sh. (manuscrito en anverso). Marcas de correo británico PAID/AT/TENERIFE y al dorso fechador de doble círculo TENERIFE. Excepcional trayecto atravesando el Atlántico dos veces. ÚNICA CONOCIDA con este recorrido. Ex. CRUZ de TENERIFFE" cachet in blue and mailed with SPAIN 1855 2r. brown-lilac pair (Edifil 42) tied by barred obliterator in black and prepaid with Crowned "PAID AT TENERIFFE" struck in black (SG CC3) with corresponding manuscript "1/-" in red ink with further Teneriffe cds on reverse.
