Singapore" with a partly fine small boxed FORWARDED/BY/J.W. ROBERTS/AGENT/CALCUTTA, also endorsed "Pr. Time" and manuscript "Postal Rate 37?" (rate from Calcutta to Singapore?). Folds to show internal heading beside address, with two reinforced and slightly toned filing folds that hardly detract. An extraordinary cover one of the earliest recorded covers from Ramree and one of the earliest covers known ingoing to Siam.
