Envelope (opened for display) of 100 reis paying the domestic rate but it should have paid 260 reis (single rate to Europe to the Bern Convention) and T mark was placed to indicate the underpayment. The envelope remained in Paris Poste Restante and several indications INCOUNNU A L'APPEL and NON RECLAMEE were placed on the cover. Charged 25 cts. on arrival. VERY RARE, the only 100 reis Postal Stationery envelope known to overseas.
