SERBIA. 1888. TURKISH POST IN MONTENEGRO. Austrian-Hungarian Empire military cover sent from KOLUT (today in Serbia) to Austrian-Hungarian military unit at PLEVLJE in Sandjal of Novi Bazar (Ottoman name of the place Taslica). Cover showing on front side circular KOLLUTH dispatch postmark dated Feb. 15th 1888, on reverse showing large circular black FELDPOST-EXPOSITOR Nº1 arrival postmark dated 6/3/1888 when it was located in Plevlje (Tchilinghirian fig.642). As the letter was transfer to Ottoman post for delivery Ottoman post regular inland delivery letter fee collected by four 20 para of 1884 perf. 13 1/4 red stamps (Michel 46A-Isfila 116), tied by extremely clear and rare all Arabic double box TASLICA postmarks (C/W fig. 40). This is a very RARE mix franking cover of Ottoman Post and Austrian-Hungarian Empire Post. Cert. Y. NAKRI.
