Grey stationery envelope used to FRANKFURT and up-rated with additional 1883-90 2 1/2 c. and 1892 10 c. orange brown tied by SOERABAJA squared circle datestamps in black. WELTVREDEN transit and on arrival, found open and resealed by three blue wafer seals at the FRANKFURT PO. Attractive and unusual cover.
