✉ CHILE. Sc. 17 (3). 1870. SALTA (Argentina) a VALPARAISO. Encaminada hasta CALDERA (Chile) por LEACH AND CO/CALDERA (marca en azul al dorso) y franqueada con 3 sellos de 5 ctvos. rojo (3), tarifa de 15 ctvos. para cartas procedentes del extranjero. RARA.

Porte de 40 ctvos. interno cuádruple más 5 ctvos. del porte marítimo, los 5 cts. restantes probablemente se aplicaron como complemento del porte marítimo por ser la carta muy pesada. Muy raro franqueo.
