Whilst the rate would have been correct, the Postmaster struck the cover with a framed 'Affranchisement-Insuffissant' handstamp and, on arrival, the pre-payment was ignored and cover taxed '8d.' due. for a double letter. Natural file fold through two stamps but delightful and very rare cover.
