✉ NEPAL. 1931 (21-12). KATHMANDU to SATNA (India). Large registered envelope sent by the Commanding General Mohun Shamsher (who later became Maharaja and Prime Minister of Nepal) addressed to Col. F.M. Bailey. Franked with ten 3 pice and four 1 anna indian stamps, cancelled NEPAL. Colourful crest appears on the flap.
