Al dorso indicación manuscrita del Administrador de Correos de Tupisa conforme la carta certificada tenía el franqueo pagado. Carta excepcional, único certificado conocido procedente de Tupisa y uno de los pocos conocidos de Bolivia.

Fechador de Tupiza y marca lineal FRANCA usado para indicar que el franqueo estaba pagado al no disponer de sellos de correos en ésta oficina. Rarísimo envío de un Telegrama, sobre ligeramente reducido por la izquierda.
