On arrival in Alexandria -Nov. 12- it was delivered to the Egyptian Post Office where was added the 1 piaster rate for carriage to Cairo. Both the postmark of Alexandria on front and Cairo on retro have the REGIE POSTE EGIZIANE writing with REGIE chiselled. No more than 2-3 letters known. EXTREMELY SCARCE. Cert. RELLSTAB.
