Entire letter ex the Bianchi correspondence from VENICE to SCUTARI (Albania) endorsed "via Trieste" and "Vapore de Antivari", franked on despatch by Italy 1863/65 40c. carmine and 1867 20c. blue tied by 196 dotted numeral obliterators and VENEZIA cds (Jan 20). Reverse with Triest transit (Jan 21) and front with black P.D. Charged with Turkey 1868 Postage 1pi. yellow on arrival tied by all arabic SCUTARI circular handstamp in black (Coles & Walker fig. 3).
