Cover with beautiful internal engraving, hand-painted, featuring "Les Modes Anglaises à Paris" mailed during the British/Russian Occupation of Paris to Lord Viscount Duncan in DUNDEE (Scotland) and endorsed "Single" at top. Struck with P. PAYE PARIS in red, with Scottish ADDL. /1/2 in black, Reverse with Dundee arrival cds. (Aug 10) and re-addressed to Girvan. An exceptionally unusual cover.
